- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from settings. Upgrades are pro-rated to the day.
- What happens if I exceed a limit?
- We block the next action and prompt you to upgrade. No silent overages or surprise bills.
- Do you offer annual pricing?
- Not yet. Founding-member offer (R99/month locked forever, first 100 customers only) is the closest equivalent — see below.
- Is my data secure and POPIA-compliant?
- Yes. All data hosted in Azure South Africa North (Johannesburg). Tenant data is fully isolated, encrypted at rest, and you can export or delete everything at any time from settings.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- PayFast (cards, EFT, instant EFT, SnapScan). Subscriptions are charged in ZAR.
